How it Works

  2. Choose your class type and date. We’ll work with you to schedule a class time that fits your team.

  3. Host your class. We come to your location and provide all equipment and on-site training.

  4. Get certified! Your team leaves confident and officially certified for two years.

Amy Stanton & Pam Williams are both registered nurses and American Heart Association certified CPR instructors with a passion for equipping communities. They bring years of experience and a practical, encouraging approach to every class. Every class is hands-on: one manikin for every two students, individual skill check-offs, plenty of practice, and usually some laughter along the way.

Minimum Group Requirement
On-site CPR training is booked as a private group session and requires a minimum group commitment. This allows us to reserve instructors, equipment, and travel specifically for your training.

Group classes start at $1,500 for teams of up to 12 people, with all equipment, materials, and travel included.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. All on-site trainings are booked as private group sessions and require a minimum group commitment. Details are shared as part of the quote process once we learn more about your group and training needs.

  • CPR certifications are valid for two years from the date of completion. We'll send you a reminder before your certification expires so you can schedule a renewal class.

  • Our comprehensive training includes hands-on CPR practice, AED usage, and choking response. All equipment and manikins are provided. If you need an official American Heart Association (AHA) certification card, that fee is set by the AHA and can be added at your request.

    We also teach a First Aid class if you’re interested.

    Rapid action matters. Starting CPR right away keeps oxygen flowing until help arrives.

    4. Bystander CPR is one of the strongest predictors of survival.
    Communities with high bystander-CPR rates see dramatically higher survival outcomes for cardiac arrest.

  • We can accommodate groups of 10-18 participants in a single session for optimal hands-on learning. For larger teams, we can schedule multiple sessions per day or discuss custom arrangements.

  • Yes! We bring everything needed including CPR manikins, AED trainers, face shields, and all training materials. You just need to provide the training space.

  • We offer flexible scheduling including weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate your business needs. Training sessions typically last 3-4 hours depending on group size.
